

Upcoming Soulsong Circle – 10th November
First up, I’m really looking forward to our next Soulsong Circle on the 10th of November. It’s such a beautiful way to connect through voice and vibration, and I’m excited to hold this space with you all again. If you haven’t joined before, it’s a gentle, soulful afternoon of song, sharing, and connection. This event is taking place in the gorgeous Natural Therapies Centre, Sligo town. New Format for the Enlightened Feminine Journey!!
Now, onto something I’m particularly excited about—this year’s Enlightened Feminine Journey has a fresh new format! This is the 4th year of the Enlightened Feminine Journey but for the first time, I’m offering it as an in-person course based in Sligo, which I’m thrilled to share with you.
This year’s sessions are designed as mini-retreats, offering you more space for self-care, deep connection, and nourishment. Weather permitting, we’ll also spend time in nature—by the sea or in the woods—to ground and reconnect.
The course is still running over the dark half of the year, from Samhain to Bealtaine, but we’ll gather for 5 Sunday, 1/2 day sessions in Sligo. Each session will align with a festival from the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and when possible, we’ll spend some time in nature—whether that’s by the sea or nestled in the woods. Why join this year’s course?
These longer, retreat-style gatherings will firstly give you the opportunity to schedule in some guaranteed sacred time for yourself over the next 7 months. They’ll also provide the space to slow down, go deeper, connect more fully, and truly nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re feeling called to reflect, release, or reconnect with your own inner wisdom, this course creates a sacred space to explore what’s true for you.
It’s not about “doing more”—it’s about being more yourself. I’d love for you to join us if this resonates.

Yoga Class Updates
Just a quick reminder that there are no yoga classes this week as I’m taking a short break. But don’t worry, we’ll be back to our regular schedule next week, and here’s what you need to know:
Hatha Yoga starts again on Tuesday, 29th October at the new time of 7:30 pm. I know it’s a small shift, but I hope the earlier start suits everyone!
Gentle Yoga returns on Wednesday, 30th October at the usual time.
Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming some new ones too.
