In-Studio Classes: As there is limited space in the studio, booking is essential. Drop-ins cannot be accommodated at this time. Please bring your own mat and yoga props. Please do not attend if you have any virus symptoms. You can transfer or refund your class using Bookwhen up to an hour prior to the class start time.COVID-19 Restrictions: People should not attend if they have symptoms.Bookwhen: Classes must be booked using Bookwhen. When you book your class with Bookwhen, you will receive an email confirmation.Cancellations:Please be advised class transfers or refunds are NOT AVAILABLE for TERM bookings. SINGLE Classes booked using Bookwhen may be transferred up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. You can transfer your class by opening your email, click on “View booking” button, then click on “Ticket options” button (located midway down the page). One transfer is available per ticket. Refunds are available only on request up to 2 hours prior to class start time. In all other circumstances, classes/courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. If I cancel a class or workshop at the last minute, extra dates will be scheduled or a refund will be offered. If a lockdown occurs, in-studio classes may be transferred to an online format, subject to circumstances at the time.Refunds & Missed Classes: Refunds cannot be given once a class or course has commenced. Missed classes cannot be made up at another time. When signing up for a course, clients/students are committing to attend every class in the course. It is not possible to accommodate changes in personal schedules.Deposits: If deposits are requested for booking, your deposit will reserve your place for the first 2 weeks of a course only. Deposits are only refundable up to 48hrs before a course commences.Vouchers: Class vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase.Special rates: available for unwaged or unemployed.
