I facilitate unique and varied workshops for corporate, community, and social groups or independently organised groups of people. The object of these workshops is to increase the awareness, insight, and personal development of each individual within the group whilst also providing the opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other. The workshops can be tailored to the group and are always presented in a thoughtful, sensitive, and welcoming way. Topics include (but are not limited to) self-care, decreasing stress, identifying strengths, creating vision boards, changing life habits, goal setting, and more.
